About our prints
What is 3D printing?
3D printing builds an object layer by layer from a digital design. We print each item to order on our own printers, then clean it up and finish it by hand, so what you get is made just for you.
What are your prints made of?
Most of our prints are made from PLA, a strong, rigid plastic made from plant starches. Link-A-Link arm parts are printed in tougher PETG or ASA. Each product page lists the material.
Which material should I choose for a lamp?
Many of our lamps come in PLA or PETG. Their inner diffuser is always printed in translucent PETG. If you'll use a non-LED (incandescent or halogen) bulb, choose PETG for the outer shell too: it handles heat better than PLA. PETG adds $5 and comes in 24 colors, including sparkly Galaxy shades.
Sphere lamps are built around the Bambu Lab lamp kit, so they're printed in PLA only. The color you pick is for the animal around the sphere; for the sphere itself, type Translucent White or Panchroma Glow in the Color notes box.
Are they durable? Will it break?
Our prints are solid, rigid plastic and hold up well to everyday handling, desk use and gifting. Articulated figures are printed with their joints already in place, so they flex the way they're designed to. Like any plastic, PLA can soften in high heat, so keep prints out of hot cars and direct summer sun.
What if something breaks?
30-day breakage guarantee: if a print breaks in normal use within 30 days of delivery, contact us with your order number and a photo and we'll reprint it free. If an item arrives damaged or defective, tell us right away and we'll make it right.
Colors and sizes
How many colors can I choose from?
Most prints come in 36+ colors. See every option on our Colors page. Colors that start with Silk have a shiny, metallic sheen (Silk Gold, Silk Silver, Silk Chrome, Silk Bronze and more).
Some pieces have more than one color. How do I choose?
The color you pick on the product page is the main color. For multi-part pieces, use the Color notes box to tell us a color for each part, or leave it blank for our standard colors.
How big are they?
Sizes are listed on each product page. Many figures come in Small, Medium and Large. If you can't find a measurement, ask us and we'll tell you.
Do keyrings come with a ring?
Yes. All of our keyrings ship with a metal split ring, ready for your keys or bag.
Orders and shipping
How long until my order ships?
Everything is made to order. Most orders ship within 3 to 5 business days; complex prints and Link-A-Link kits can take longer, and the product page shows the timing.
How much is shipping?
We ship with USPS Priority Mail. Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your address, and it's free on orders over $50.
Are there any discounts?
Sign up for our emails to get 10% off your first order, and buy 3 or more collectibles to save 15%.
Can I return an item?
You can request a return within 7 days of receiving your item. Custom and personalized orders can't be returned. See our refund policy for details.
Custom orders
Can you make something that isn't in the shop?
Yes. Tell us your idea on the Custom Orders page; a description, photo or sketch is enough, and you don't need a 3D model file. We'll email you a quote. If you want to go ahead, you pay a refundable deposit to lock in your slot, and it's applied to your final total.
